Scope

This part of MT/T 593 specifies the test instruments, equipment, specimens, basic requirements, test procedures and result calculations required for the consolidation test of artificial frozen soil under hydrostatic pressure. This section is suitable for determining the relationship between the degree of consolidation of frozen soil and time under constant hydrostatic pressure and axial exhaust, and calculating the three-dimensional degree of consolidation and main consolidation points of frozen soil.
