Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the food additive isoamyl butyrate. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of isoamyl butyrate produced through chemical synthesis using butyric acid and isoamyl ester as raw materials.
