本标准规定了L(+)乳酸钠的化学名称、分子式、相对分子质量、结构式、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于以淀粉、糖质为原料发酵而制得的L(+)乳酸，与氢氧化钠或碳酸钠合成制得的工业用L(+)乳酸钠。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of L(+) sodium lactate. This standard applies to L(+) lactic acid produced by fermentation of starch and sugar as raw materials, and L(+) sodium lactate for industrial use synthesized with sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate.
