Introduction

Standard Background and Technological Evolution

This standard, an important supplement to the meteorological emergency observation system, addresses the difficulties of deploying traditional fixed automatic weather stations at disaster sites by systematically specifying the specific technical requirements for portable equipment. Compared to foundational standards such as QX/T 61-2007, it emphasizes specific requirements such as the quick assembly and disassembly of the tripod bracket, electromagnetic protection level (IP65), and adaptability to extreme environments.

Taking the typhoon monitoring scenario as an example, the equipment must meet the following requirements:

  1. Single piece weight ≤ 15 kg (10 kg recommended)
  2. Rapid deployment time ≤ 30 minutes
  3. Wind resistance enhanced to 60m/s (reinforced devices required)

Acceptance test highlights

Pay special attention to the Group C inspection specified in Clause 7.7.3:

  • Sampling of 2 units when annual production is less than 100 units
  • Serious defect rate must be less than 1 time/unit
  • Electromagnetic compatibility testing must include 4kV contact discharge
