Key Technical Points

A Dionex ICS-1500 ion chromatography system was used, equipped with an AS11-HC analytical column (4mm×250mm) and an AG11-HC guard column (4mm×50mm). A gradient elution program was used for the mobile phase. The column temperature was maintained at 35°C, the flow rate was 0.8mL/min, and the detector operating current was 150mA.


Implementation Notes

Sample Pretreatment: Filter through a 0.45μm filter membrane. When the wine sample concentration exceeds the linear range, it should be diluted at a ratio of 1:100 and re-measured.

Standard Solution Preparation: The purity of each organic acid standard must be ≥99%, the stock solution concentration is 1000mg/L, and the working curve must contain 5 concentration points.


Method Validation Data

Inter-laboratory validation showed that the spiked recoveries of this method for the five organic acids were 92%-108%, with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of ≤2.8%, meeting the technical requirements of OIV International Wine Organization MA-AS313-16.
