Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage and contract (or order form) content for microcrystalline zinc sheets used in photographic platemaking. This standard applies to microcrystalline zinc plates (hereinafter referred to as zinc plates) for powder-free corrosion-free photographic platemaking.
