Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation principles and methods, as well as energy-saving management and technical measures for the energy consumption per unit product of starch sugar (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption). This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of starch sugar production enterprises, as well as energy consumption control for new construction and renovation and expansion projects.
