本标准规定了油炸小食品的指标要求、食品添加剂、生产加工过程的卫生要求、包装、标识、贮存及运输要求和检验方法。本标准适用于以面粉、火粉、豆类、薯类、蔬菜、水果、果仁为主要原料，按一定工艺配方，经油炸制成的各种定型包装的小食品。
Scope
This standard specifies the index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements during production and processing, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods of fried snacks. This standard is applicable to all kinds of shaped and packaged small foods made by frying flour, rice flour, beans, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, and nuts as main raw materials according to a certain process formula.
