《GB/T 10066.5-2014电热装置的试验方法 第5部分:电热和电化学用等离子体设备》由TC121(全国工业电热设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T10066的本部分规定的试验方法适用于:
a) 热等离子体炬系统:
―――弧等离子体系统;
―――感应等离子体系统。
b) 使用热等离子体炬系统的装置:
―――喷涂设备;
―――固态、液态和气态炉料加热和化学热处理设备。
用于焊接、切割和相关工艺的等离子体炬的试验方法在 GB/T15579.7―2005中规定。
本部分的目的是使测定热等离子体炬系统和使用一个或多个等离子体炬系统的装置(或设备)主要参数和技术特性的试验方法和条件标准化。
本部分规定的所有试验不全适用于它所覆盖的每一类型的设备。因此,有必要对某一特定的等离子体炬系统或装置选择它所适用的试验。这种选择在本部分中是有效的。
a)和b)中规定的系统和装置或设备的安全要求见 GB5959.5。


Scope

The test methods specified in this part of GB/T 10066 are applicable to: a) thermal plasma torch system: -- arc plasma system; -- induction plasma system. b) Devices using thermal plasma torch systems: - spraying equipment; - solid, liquid and gaseous charge heating and chemical heat treatment equipment. The test methods for plasma torches used in welding, cutting and related processes are specified in GB/T 15579.7-2005. The purpose of this standard is to standardize the test methods and conditions for determining the main parameters and technical characteristics of thermal plasma torch systems and devices (or equipment) using one or more plasma torch systems. Not all tests specified in this standard are applicable to every type of equipment covered by it. Therefore, it is necessary to select the test applicable to a particular plasma torch system or device. This choice is valid for this section. See GB 5959.5 for the safety requirements of the systems and devices or equipment specified in a) and b).
