《GB/T 10228-2008干式电力变压器技术参数和要求》由TC44(全国变压器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准代替GB/T10228―1997《干式电力变压器技术参数和要求》。本标准于1988年首次发布,1997年第一次修订,本次为第二次修订。本标准中规定了干式电力变压器的性能参数、技术要求和测试项目及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于电压等级为6KV、10KV、20KV及35KV,额定频率为50HZ,额定容量为30KVA-20000KVA,绕组的绝缘耐热等级为B级、F级和H级的户内使用的无励磁调压或有载调压三相干式电力变压器。
本标准不适用于充气式变压器(当所充所气体不是空气时)。 本标准与GB/T10228―1997相比主要变化如下:
―――编写格式按GB/T1.1―2000《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》的规定进
行了修改;
―――增加了“引言”;
―――将各类非包封线圈变压器和包封线圈变压器的性能参数表分别进行了合并,并对非包封线圈变压器和包封线圈变压器的性能参数不再予以区分;
―――对各类变压器的损耗参数和空载电流进行了如下调整:
―――10kV 级无励磁调压配电变压器的损耗参数和空载电流分A、B两组给出,其中A 组的空载损耗和负载损耗(较比原包封线圈无励磁调压配电变压器)约平均下降10%,B 组的空载损耗(较比原包封线圈无励磁调压配电变压器)约平均下降20%、负载损耗约平均下降5%,空载电流均平均下降了20%以上;
―――其他变压器的空载损耗和负载损耗(分别较比原包封线圈变压器)约平均下降了10%,空载电流均平均下降了20%以上;
―――增加了20kV 级无励磁调压干式配电变压器的性能参数;
―――增加了35kV 级有载调压电力变压器的性能参数;
―――在10kV 级无励磁调压配电变压器和35kV 级无励磁调压电力变压器原有容量规格的基础上增补了一些容量规格;
―――对技术要求和试验项目进行了调整。


Scope

This standard specifies the performance parameters, technical requirements, test items and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of three-phase dry-type power transformers. This standard applies to off-excitation regulators for indoor use with voltage levels of 6kV, 10kV, 20kV and 35kV, rated frequency of 50Hz, rated capacity of 30kVA to 20000kVA, and winding insulation and heat resistance levels of B, F and H. Voltage or on-load voltage regulating three-phase dry-type power transformers. This standard does not apply to gas-filled transformers (when the gas to be filled is not air).
