Scope
This standard specifies the structure, dimensions and test requirements of extruded insulated power cables for fixed installation with a rated voltage of 35 kV used in distribution networks or industrial installations. This standard does not cover cables installed and used under special conditions, such as overhead cables, mine cables, cables for nuclear power plants (used in polluted areas), submarine cables or marine cables.
