《GB/T 14654-2008弹性阻尼簧片减振器》由TC137（全国船用机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了弹性阻尼簧片减振器的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于往复活塞式内燃机及其动力装置的减振器的设计、制造和验收。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４６５４―１９９３《弹性阻尼簧片减振器》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４６５４―１９９３相比，主要有下列技术变化：
―――删去或修改了部分术语；
―――增加了表面质量的要求；
―――增加了尺寸和形位公差要求；
―――修改了滑油及油压的要求；
―――增加了扭振参数要求；
―――取消了平均无故障工作时间要求；
―――修改了试验方法和检验规则。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. of elastic damping reed shock absorbers (hereinafter referred to as shock absorbers). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of shock absorbers for reciprocating piston internal combustion engines and their power units.
