《GB/T 15167-1994半导体激光光源总规范》由339-1（工业和信息化部（电子））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本规范规定了各类半导体激光光源的通用要求。产品的特性和有关详细要求在具体型号产品的详细规范中规定。本规范适用于由激光二极管管芯、监视光敏二极管管芯、热传感器(需要时)、致冷器(需要时)封装于同一外壳内并与尾纤(需要时)耦合成一体的半导体激光光源(简称模块)，也适用于由激光二极管(带或不带尾纤)构成的激光光源(简称二极管光源)。

Scope

This specification specifies the general requirements for various types of semiconductor laser light sources (hereinafter referred to as products). The characteristics of the product and related detailed requirements are stipulated in the detailed specification of the specific model product. This specification is applicable to semiconductor laser light sources that are packaged in the same housing and coupled with pigtails (when needed) by laser diode die, monitor photodiode die, thermal sensor (when needed), and cooler (when needed) (referred to as module), and also suitable for laser light sources (referred to as diode light sources) composed of laser diodes (with or without pigtails).
