《GB/T 16304-2008压电陶瓷材料性能测试方法电场应变特性的测试》由TC12（全国海洋船标准化技术委员会）归口，TC12SC4（全国海洋船标准化技术委员会船用材料应用工艺分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１６３０４―１９９６《压电陶瓷电场应变特性测试方法》。本标准规定了压电陶瓷材料在外电场作用下静态和动态应变特性的测试条件、方法原理、测试步骤和测试结果的表述等。本标准适用于压电陶瓷材料电场应变特性的测试。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１６３０４―１９９６相比，主要有下列变化：
―――补充了相关术语和定义；
―――增加了“激光多普勒测振法”和测试原理图；
―――细化了测试步骤；
―――修改了附录Ａ和附录Ｂ，将其内容列入了标准正文。

Scope

This standard specifies the test conditions, method principles, test procedures and the expression of test results for the static and dynamic strain characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic materials under the action of an external electric field. This standard applies to the testing of electric field strain characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic materials.
