本标准规定了为保证并网型风力发电机组的有效和安全运行，在电气控制和安全保护系统方面应符合的技术要求。本标准适用于与电网并联运行，采用异步电机的定桨距失速型风力发电机组电气控制装置的设计与检验。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements that should be met in terms of electrical control and safety protection systems in order to ensure the effective and safe operation of grid-connected wind turbines. This standard applies to the design and inspection of electrical control devices for fixed-pitch stall-type wind turbines that operate in parallel with the power grid and use asynchronous generators.
