本标准规定了实验室测定稻谷或蒸谷稻出糙率和稻谷、蒸谷稻或糙米、蒸谷糙米整精米率的方法。本标准仅适用于碾磨制米设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the laboratory to determine the roughness rate of paddy or parboiled rice and the rate of trimming of paddy, parboiled rice or brown rice, and parboiled brown rice. This standard applies only to rice milling equipment.
