《GB/T 21912-2008食品中二氧化钛的测定》由424-cnis(中国标准化研究院)归口,主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局。
本标准规定了食品中二氧化钛的测定方法。本标准适用于面粉、糖果包衣、凉果、果冻、膨化食品、油炸食品、非碳酸饮料混浊剂、固体饮料和口香糖等食品中二氧化钛的检测。本标准检出限:电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法为1mg/kg,二安替比林甲烷比色法为5mg/kg。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of titanium dioxide in food. This standard is applicable to the detection of titanium dioxide in foods such as flour, candy coating, preserved fruit, jelly, puffed food, fried food, non-carbonated beverage clouding agent, solid beverage and chewing gum. The detection limit of this standard: inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry is 1 mg/kg, and diantipyrine methane colorimetric method is 5 mg/kg.
