《GB/T 22384-2008电力系统安全稳定控制系统检验规范》由524（中国电力企业联合会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了电力系统安全稳定控制系统验收检验、定期检验及补充检验等的种类、周期、内容及要求。
本标准适用于电网企业、并网运行的发电企业及用户负责稳控系统（装置）管理和运行维护的单位。
有关规划设计、研究制造、安装调试单位及部门亦应遵守本标准。
对于单个厂站的安全稳定控制装置可以参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the type, cycle, content and requirements of the acceptance inspection, periodic inspection and supplementary inspection of the power system safety and stability control system (referred to as the stability control system). This standard is applicable to power grid enterprises, grid-connected power generation enterprises and units responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of stability control systems (device). The safety and stability control device (referred to as the stability control device) of a single plant can be implemented as a reference.
