《GB/T 22506-2008粮油检验酶改性磷脂中1-和2-溶血磷脂酰胆碱的测定高效液相色谱法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC2（全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了用高效液相色谱法测定酶改性磷脂中1-溶血磷脂酰胆碱和2-溶血磷脂酰胆碱的原理、试剂、仪器设备、样品准备、操作步骤、结果表示及精密度和准确度。
本标准适用以大豆磷脂、蛋黄磷脂、菜籽磷脂为原料制备的溶血磷脂酰胆碱的测定。
本标准的检出限为0.1μg。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination of 1-lysophosphatidylcholine (1-acly lysophosphatidyl-choline; 1-LPC) and 2-lysophosphatidylcholine (2-acly lysophosphatidylcholine; 2 - LPC) principles, reagents, equipment, sample preparation, operating procedures, results presentation, precision and accuracy. This standard applies to the determination of lysophosphatidylcholine prepared from soybean phospholipids, egg yolk phospholipids and rapeseed phospholipids. The detection limit of this standard is 0.1 μg.
