本标准规定了牛奶和奶粉中12种β-兴奋剂残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱的测定方法。
本标准适用于牛奶和奶粉中12种β-兴奋剂多残留的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of 12 β-stimulant residues in milk and milk powder by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the multi-residue determination of 12 β-stimulant drugs in milk and milk powder. These 12 β-stimulant drugs include: brombuterol, cimaterol, clenbuterol, clenpenterol, hydroxymethylclenbuterol, isoxsuprine, mabuterol, ractopamine, ritodrine, salbutamol, terbutaline, and tulobuterol. The method detection limits of this standard are as follows: the detection limits of ractopamine, salbutamol, semanterol, clenpent and clenbuterol in milk are 0.05 µg/kg; the detection limits of bromobuterol, tolbuterol, mabuterol, terbutaline, ritodrine, quinacridone and hydroxymethylamino clenbuterol are 0.25 µg/kg. The detection limits of ractopamine, salbutamol, semanterol, clenpent and clenbuterol in milk powder are 0.4 µg/kg; the detection limits of bromobuterol, tolbuterol, mabuterol, terbutaline, ritodrine, quinacridone and hydroxymethylamino clenbuterol are 2.0 µg/kg.
