《GB/T 23410-2009蜂蜜中硝基咪唑类药物及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱-质谱/质谱法》由469-nq(国家标准委农业食品部)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了蜂蜜中甲硝唑及其代谢物1-(2-羟乙基)-2-羟甲基-5-硝基咪唑,二甲硝咪唑及其代谢物2�掺羌谆�-1-甲基-5-硝基咪唑,异丙硝唑及其代谢物2-(2-羟异丙基)-1-甲基-5-硝基咪唑,洛硝哒唑残留量的液相色谱�泊�联质谱的测定方法。上述硝基咪唑类药物中英文名称、结构式、CAS号和相对分子质量参见附录A。
本标准适用于蜂蜜中硝基咪唑类药物及其代谢物残留量的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the metronidazole (abbreviated as MNZ, the same below) and its metabolite 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-hydroxymethyl-5-nitroimidazole (abbreviated as MNZOH, the same below) in honey. Metronidazole (abbreviated as DMZ, the same below) and its metabolite 2-hydroxymethyl-1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole (abbreviated as HMMNI, the same below), Ipronidazole (abbreviated as IPZ, the same below) and Its metabolites 2-(2-hydroxyisopropyl)-1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole (abbreviated as IPZOH) and ronidazole (abbreviated as RNZ, the same below) were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry test methods. Please refer to Appendix A for the Chinese and English names, structural formulas, CAS numbers and relative molecular masses of the above-mentioned nitroimidazole drugs. This standard applies to the determination of nitroimidazoles and their metabolite residues in honey.
