Scope

This standard specifies the determination of trace water-soluble fluoride ions (F-), chloride ions (Cl-), bromide ions (Br-), iodide ions ( I-), nitrite ion (NO2-), thiocyanate ion (SCN-) content. This standard applies to trace amounts of water-soluble fluoride ions, chloride ions, bromide ions, iodide ions, and nitrite in nitrogen fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, potash fertilizers, compound fertilizers (compound fertilizers), blended fertilizers (BB fertilizers), and organic-inorganic fertilizers.
