本标准规定了1×19类,直径为17.8mm~28.6mm 多丝大直径高强度低松弛预应力钢绞线的术语和定义、代号与标记、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、盘重、盘径、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于桥梁、高层建筑、大型场馆、岩土锚固、巷道锚固领域中应用的多丝大直径高强度低松弛预应力钢绞线(以下简称“钢绞线”)。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, codes and signs, ordering content, dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviation of multi-filament large-diameter high-strength low-relaxation prestressed steel strands of 1×19 types with a diameter of 17.8 mm to 28.6 mm. Disk weight, disk diameter, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates, etc. This standard applies to multi-filament large-diameter, high-strength, low-relaxation prestressed steel strands (hereinafter referred to as "steel strands") used in the fields of bridges, high-rise buildings, large venues, rock-soil anchorage, and roadway anchorage.
