本标准规定了台风型风力发电机组(以下简称“机组”)的最低技术要求和机组的安全等级,对台风模型和台风状态下的各种工况进行了描述和定义。此外,本标准还涉及机组的机械系统、电气系统、控制和安全保护系统以及运行与维护等要求。
本标准适用于台风多发地区的陆上并网型水平轴风力发电机组。海上水平轴风力发电机组可以参考使用。

Scope

This standard stipulates the minimum technical requirements and the safety level of the typhoon-type wind turbine (hereinafter referred to as "the unit"), and describes and defines the typhoon model and various working conditions under the typhoon state. In addition, this standard also involves the mechanical system, electrical system, control and safety protection system, operation and maintenance of the unit. This standard applies to onshore grid-connected horizontal-axis wind turbines in typhoon-prone areas. Offshore horizontal axis wind turbines can be used as a reference.
