1. Background and Significance of the Standard

As the power system develops towards high frequency and large capacity, higher requirements are placed on conductive materials. The formulation of the GB/T33228-2016 standard aims to standardize the technical requirements for aluminum alloy extruded pipes for high-frequency conductive use in power stations, and ensure their safe and efficient application in the fields of power transmission and substation.

3. Interpretation of the core content of the standard

3.1 Product classification and marking rules

The brand, state and size specifications of the pipe must comply with the provisions of Table 1. For example: 6101B brand, T7 state, diameter 200mm, wall thickness 20mm, fixed length 6000mm.

3.2 Chemical composition requirements

The chemical composition must comply with GB/T3190, with a focus on the control of aluminum content and its impurity elements. For example: aluminum content should be ≥99.5%, and impurities such as iron and silicon must be strictly limited.

3.3 Dimensional Deviation and Appearance Quality

Dimensional deviation includes outer diameter, inner diameter deviation, length deviation and cutting angle requirements. For example: when the outer diameter is ≤8mm, the outer diameter deviation at any point is ±1.0mm.


4. Implementation Suggestions and Practical Applications

4.1 Material Selection Basis

Select the appropriate grade and state according to the application scenario. For example, the power station environment needs to use 6101B alloy in T7 state to ensure its high strength and high conductivity.

4.2 Production Control

It is recommended that manufacturers conduct chemical composition analysis, dimensional inspection and mechanical property testing in strict accordance with standard requirements. For example, use a Brinell hardness tester to measure Rm and Rp0.2.

4.3 Use and Maintenance

Users should conduct quality acceptance according to standard requirements, focusing on appearance quality and performance indicators. For example, use a conductivity tester to test whether the conductivity is ≥32MS/m.
