Introduction
GB/T 35391—2017 Standard Overview
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, and inspection methods of spatial resolution test cards for industrial computer tomography (CT) detection. It is applicable to type inspection and factory inspection of spatial resolution test cards, and can also be used as the acceptance basis for user orders.
Background and significance of standard formulation
With the development of industrial CT detection technology, higher requirements are placed on the spatial resolution of detection equipment. This standard was created to unify industry standards and standardize the design and application of test cards. It provides a scientific basis for the performance evaluation of industrial CT systems and ensures the accuracy and consistency of test results.
Classification of spatial resolution test cards
| Classification dimension | Line pair card | Circular hole card/filament card | Disk card |
|---|---|---|---|
| Structural form | Consists of a group of thin sheets, separated by metal spacers | Hole or filament processed on a homogeneous substrate | Homogeneous rigid cylinder |
| Material type | Steel (FE), silicon (SI) or other | Silicon (SI) or steel (FE) | Steel or silicon |
| Application scenarios | Testing the line pair resolution of the CT system | Testing the hole/wire resolution of the CT system | Evaluating the overall spatial resolution |
Technical requirements and implementation suggestions
Line pair card:The sheet thickness and gap width tolerances are strict, ±0.005mm and ±0.01mm respectively. It is recommended to use transparent material packaging and mark the detection position.
Round hole/thin wire card:The hole diameter or wire diameter tolerance does not exceed ±0.01mm, and the hole spacing or wire spacing is also strictly controlled. It is recommended to use laser engraving to ensure that the packaging does not affect the identification.
Disc card: The diameter tolerance is ±1mm, and the cylindricality and verticality requirements are ±0.005mm and ±0.01mm respectively. It is recommended to use materials similar to the object being tested to improve the detection accuracy.
