《GB/T 5009.35-2003食品中合成着色剂的测定》由361(国家卫生健康委员会)归口,主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
定了食品中合成着色剂的测定方法。本标准适用于食品中合成着色剂的测定。本方法检出限:新红5ng、柠檬黄4ng、苋菜红6ng、胭脂红8ng、日落黄7ng、赤藓红18ng、亮蓝26ng,当进样量相当0.025g时,检出浓度分别为0.2mg/g;0.16mg/g;0.24mg/g;0.32mg/g;0.28mg/g;0.72mg/g;1.04mg/g。


This standard specifies the methods for determination of synthetic colour in foods.
This standard is applicable to the determination of synthetic colour in foods.
Detection limits of this method: in case of new red 5ng, lemon yellow 4ng, amaranth 6ng, carmine 8ng, sunset yellow 7ng, erythrosine 18ng and brilliant blue 26ng, where the injection mass is 0.025g, the detectable concentrations are 0.2mg/kg, 0.16mg/kg, 0.24mg/kg, 0.32mg/kg, 0.28mg/kg, 0.72mg/kg and 1.04mg/kg respectively.
