Scope

This standard specifies the site selection and general layout of catering units, the overall requirements for environmental protection design, oil fume purification and emission, drainage and oil separation, noise and vibration control, solid waste control requirements, etc. This standard applies to pollution prevention and environmental protection of new, renovated and expanded catering units in urban areas. Non-commercial canteens may refer to this standard.
