Scope

The standard stipulates the sample loading method, measurement parameters and calculation method for the X-ray diffraction quantitative determination of the content of each phase in a powder sample composed of two or three substances from talc, chlorite and magnesite. This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination of mixed phases containing talc, chlorite, and magnesite powder crystals using the X-ray diffractometer method.
