Scope

1.0.1 These regulations are formulated to unify the preparation content and depth of preliminary design documents for the national petroleum reserve groundwater sealing cavern project. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the preliminary design of the new national petroleum reserve groundwater sealing cavern project. 1.0.3 The preliminary design document should be prepared based on the design entrustment, feasibility study report, various approval documents from the competent government departments, geotechnical engineering survey report and basic design information. 1.0.4 The depth of the preliminary design documents should be able to meet the requirements of relevant national departments for review, construction drawing design, engineering material procurement and construction preparation. The underground engineering part should meet the requirements of construction bidding. 1.0.5 These regulations do not provide uniform regulations on the format of preliminary design drawings and tables. The design unit may prepare them according to its own regulations. 1.0.6 The chapter arrangement of preliminary design documents may refer to these regulations.
