QX/T 214-2013 is a professional technical specification formulated by my country's meteorological industry for the pre-treatment and post-treatment of stainless steel sampling cylinders in halogenated greenhouse gas monitoring. The standard specifies the control requirements for core parameters such as temperature, vacuum, and gas replacement during the sampling container processing process.

Core steps of pretreatment

  1. System status detection: ensure that the vacuum degree is less than 4Pa and the filling gas pressure is greater than 1×105Pa
  2. Heat treatment stage: 3-4 vacuum/gas cycles at 100℃
  3. The single-port cylinder requires 12 hours of pressure balance, and the double-port cylinder requires 12 hours of flushing at a flow rate of 40mL/min

Post-treatment differences

  • The outlet valve must be kept closed during double-port cylinder treatment
  • The final filling pressure is uniformly required to be 1×105Pa
  • After the treatment, key parameters such as vacuum degree, temperature, and holding time must be recorded
