本标准代替SB/T 10009-1999《冷冻饮品检验方法》。
本标准规定了冷冻饮品的总固形物、总糖、脂肪、膨胀率和蛋白质的测定方法。
本标准适用于冰淇淋、雪糕、雪泥、冰棍和甜味冰的检验。
本标准与SB/T 10009-1999相比主要修改如下：
——对总固形物的测定进行了修改，取消了混合型试样的制备；
——对文字进行了修改。

Scope

This standard specifies methods for the determination of total solids, total sugar, fat, expansion rate and protein of frozen drinks. This standard applies to the inspection of ice cream, ice cream, slush, popsicles and sweetened ice.
