本标准规定了餐饮食品物流过程中的包装、标志、运输、存储要求及餐饮业送餐单位设立、送餐接待、送餐包装、送餐运输与储存要求。
本标准适用于餐饮企业及为餐饮企业提供配送服务的单位,不包括送餐服务。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for packaging, marking, transportation, and storage in the logistics process of catering food, as well as the requirements for the establishment of food delivery units, food delivery reception, food delivery packaging, food delivery transportation and storage in the catering industry. This standard applies to catering enterprises and units that provide distribution services to catering enterprises, excluding food delivery services.
