1 Scope

This standard specifies the detection method for six common pathogenic bacteria, i.e. Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter jejuni, and Streptococcus hemolyticus, in meat and meat products.

This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of six common pathogenic bacteria, i.e. Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter jejuni, and Streptococcus hemolyticus, in meat and meat products.
