Prochloraz is widely used as a broad-spectrum fungicide in agricultural production, and its metabolites BTS44595, BTS44596 and BTS45186 also have biological activity. This standard establishes a detection method with a sensitivity of 0.01mg/kg in response to the increasingly stringent pesticide residue limit requirements in international trade, providing technical support for ensuring the compliance of exported food.

1. Differentiated pre-treatment scheme

Use positive and negative ion switching mode to simultaneously detect: prochloraz and its metabolites (ESI+), 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (ESI-), and the dwell time is set to 40ms and 100ms respectively to ensure sensitivity.

  3. Data report: When the result is less than 0.1 mg/kg, retain four decimal places; when it is greater than or equal to 0.1 mg/kg, retain three significant figures

① The introduction of graphitized carbon black-amino composite column purification technology increases the recovery rate to 75-109%;
