本标准规定了用X射线波长色散光谱仪进行稀土氧化物的定量电子探针分析方法。本标准适用于对稀土氧化物组成体系的平面、抛光固体样品的定量电子探针分析。


Scope

This standard specifies the quantitative electron probe analysis method of rare earth oxides by X-ray wavelength dispersive spectrometer. This standard applies to the quantitative electron probe analysis of plane and polished solid samples of the rare earth oxide composition system.
