本标准规定了非晶、纳米晶软磁合金带材的尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等内容。本标准适用于制造配电变压器、中频变压器、高频开关电源变压器、脉冲变压器、互感器、滤波电感和电抗器、共模电感、磁放大器和饱和电感、传感器等铁芯以及磁屏蔽用的非晶纳米晶软磁合金带材。


1 Scope
This standard specifies the dimensions, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and inspection certificate for amorphous & nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip.
This standard is applicable to the amorphous nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip (hereinafter referred to as “strip”) used for producing the iron cores of distribution transformer, medium frequency transformer, high frequency switching power transformer, pulse transformer, mutual inductor, filter inductance and reactor, common-mode inductance, magnetic amplifier and saturated inductance, transducer as well as for magnetic shielding.
