《GB/T 20571-2006小麦储存品质判定规则》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC3（全国粮油标准化技术委员会粮食储藏及流通分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了小麦储存品质判定的术语和定义、分类、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则及判定规则。本标准适用于评价在安全储存水分和正常储存条件下小麦的储存品质，指导小麦的储存和适时出库。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications, storage quality indicators, inspection methods, inspection rules and judgment rules for judging wheat storage quality. This standard is applicable to evaluate the storage quality of wheat under safe storage moisture and normal storage conditions, and guide the storage and timely delivery of wheat.
