《GB/T 21305-2007谷物及谷物制品水分的测定常规法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC1（全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了一种测定谷物及谷物制品水分含量的常规方法。
本标准适用于以下产品的整粒和粉碎颗粒的水分含量测定:小麦、杜伦麦、稻米(稻谷、糙米和白米)、大麦、小米、黑麦、燕麦、黑小麦、高粱。
本标准不适用于玉米。

Scope

This standard specifies a routine method for determining the moisture content of grains and grain products. This standard applies to the determination of moisture content of whole and crushed grains of the following products: wheat, durum wheat, rice (paddy, brown and white rice), barley, millet, rye, oats, triticale, sorghum. This standard does not apply to corn.
