Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments, samples, sample preparation, measurement procedures and result calculations for the inspection of the polished rice rate of rice. This standard applies to the determination of the polished rice rate of commercial rice purchased, stored, sold, transported and processed.
