《GB/T 21852-2008化学品 分配系数(正辛醇-水) 高效液相色谱法试验》由TC251(全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会)归口,TC251SC1(全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会化学品毒性检测分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了化学品分配系数(正辛醇-水)的高效液相色谱法试验的方法概述、试验系统、试验程序、质量保证与质量控制、数据与报告。
本标准适用于测定1gPow值为0~6范围内化学品的分配系数[1],[2],[3],[4],[5],特殊情况下也可以扩展至1gPow为6~10的化学品。本标准不适用于强酸、强碱、金属络合物、与洗脱液发生反应的化合物和表面活性剂。 本标准等同采用经济合作与发展组织化学品测试导则No.117(2004 年)《分配系数(正辛醇-水):
高效液相色谱法》(英文版)。


Scope

This standard specifies the method overview, test system, test procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and report for the high performance liquid chromatography test of the partition coefficient of chemicals (n-octanol-water). This standard is applicable to the determination of the distribution coefficient of chemicals in the range of lgPow value 0 ~ 6 [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], it can also be extended to lgPow value of 6 ~ 10 under special circumstances chemicals. This standard does not apply to strong acids, strong bases, metal complexes, compounds that react with eluents, and surfactants.
