《GB/T 21927-2008食品中叔丁基对苯二酚的测定 高效液相色谱法》由424-cnis(中国标准化研究院)归口,主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局。
本标准规定了食品中叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的高效液相色谱�灿�光检测器测定方法。
本标准适用于食用油脂、油炸食品、干鱼制品、饼干、方便面、速煮米、干果罐头、腌制肉制品等食品中TBHQ的测定。
本标准各类食品中TBHQ检出限为0.05μg/mL(进样量10μg/mL)。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in food by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. This standard is applicable to the determination of TBHQ in edible oils, fried foods, dried fish products, biscuits, instant noodles, instant rice, canned dried fruits, cured meat products and other foods. The detection limit of TBHQ in various foods in this standard is 0.05 μg/mL (injection volume 10 μL).
