The technical content refers to ISO 9344:2016 (non-equivalent adoption). This standard specifies the manufacturing requirements for cross-reticles used for optical measurement, which directly affects the measurement accuracy of microscopes.

3.1 Graticule size specification

The standard specifies the size requirements for two types of graticules:

Type I graticule: two new diameters of Φ19_-0.1 and Φ21_-0.1, with thickness maintained at 1.0±0.1mm
Type II graticule: maintain diameters of Φ19_-0.033/Φ21_-0.033/Φ26_-0.033, with chamfers of 1.5±0.2mm
