《GB/T 22250-2008保健食品中绿原酸的测定》由TC466(全国特殊食品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局(特殊食品司)。
本标准为首次发布。本标准规定了保健食品中绿原酸的测定方法。
本标准适用于以金银花、菊花、杜仲、山楂等一种或几种为主要原料的保健食品中绿原酸的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of chlorogenic acid in health food. This standard is applicable to the determination of chlorogenic acid in health food with one or several kinds of honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, eucommia, hawthorn, etc. as the main raw materials. When the sampling volume is 2.0g, the constant volume is 25mL, the detection limit (LOD) of the method is 1.4×10-3g/kg, and the quantification limit (LOQ) of the method is 4.0×10-3 g/kg. The linear range of the method: 2.0 µg/mL~80 µg/mL.
