本标准规定了食品模拟物中1，3-丁二烯的测定方法。
本标准适用于水、3％（质量浓度）乙酸溶液、10％（体积分数）乙醇溶液等水基食品模拟物和橄榄油中1，3-丁二烯单体含量的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of 1;3-butadiene in food simulants. This standard applies to the determination of 1,3-butadiene monomer content in water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution and other water-based food simulants and olive oil. The lower limit of 1,3-butadiene in water-based food simulant is 1.01mg/L, and the lower limit of 1,3-butadiene in olive oil is 0.01mg/kg.
