本标准规定了食品模拟物中丙烯腈的测定方法。
本标准适用于水、3%(质量浓度)乙酸溶液、10%(体积分数)乙醇溶液等水基食品模拟物和橄榄油中丙烯腈的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of acrylonitrile in food simulants. This standard applies to the determination of acrylonitrile in water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution and other water-based food simulants and olive oil. The lower limit of determination of acrylonitrile in water-based food simulant is 0.02 mg/L, and the lower limit of determination of acrylonitrile in olive oil is 0.02 mg/kg.
