《GB/T 23658-2009弹性体密封圈 输送气体燃料和烃类液体的管道和配件用密封圈的材料要求》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC3（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会密封制品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了工作温度通常为-5℃～+50℃，特殊情况下达到-15℃～+50℃的用于下列场合下的输送管和配件、辅助设备和阀门上的密封圈弹性体材料的要求：a） 一般场合（G型系列）：--气体燃料[人工煤气、天然气和气相的液化石油气（LPG）]；--芳香族含量30%（体积分数）以下的烃类液体，包括液相的LPG；b） 特殊场合（H型）：适合于输送压缩气体燃料和芳香族含量30％（体积分数）以上的烃类液体的材料。本标准对成品密封圈也规定了一般要求，对于特殊用途所需的额外要求应在相应的产品标准中规定。应提请注意的是，管道接口的工作性能与密封圈材料的性能、密封圈的几何形状及管接口的结构有关。如适用，本标准宜同规定管接口工作性能的产品标准一起使用。本标准适用于包括铸铁管、钢管、铜管、塑料管在内的所有管接口密封圈。对于复合密封圈，4.2.8和4.2.9的要求仅适用于与气体燃料或烃类液体接触的弹性体部件。对于硬度级别80和90的材料，只有橡胶直接参与密封或要求密封圈长期稳定时才适用拉断伸长率、压缩永久变形及压缩应力松弛要求。本标准不适用于以下场合：--由多孔材料制成的密封圈；--结构中含有闭孔材料的密封圈；--要求耐火焰或耐热应力的密封圈；--由预硫化型材端部接合而成的有接头的密封圈。

Scope
