《GB/T 23904-2009无损检测 超声表面波检测方法》由TC56(全国无损检测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了接触式脉冲反射超声表面波检测通用方法,用以检测表面缺欠。本标准适用于检测表面粗糙度小于Ra=3.2μm、厚度大于10mm的工件,周向检测圆柱形工件的曲率半径不小于80mm。


Scope

This standard specifies the general method for contact pulse reflection ultrasonic surface wave testing to detect surface imperfections. This standard is applicable to the detection of workpieces with a surface roughness less than Ra=3.2μm and a thickness greater than 10mm, and the radius of curvature of cylindrical workpieces for circumferential detection is not less than 80mm.
