Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of infrared-absorbing cyanine dyes used in 830nm digital plate-making materials by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the quality control of 830nm digital plate-making materials with infrared absorbing cyanine dyes with a content greater than 98%. The minimum impurity content determined is 0.01%.
