Scope

This standard specifies the overview, classification, related hazard description, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and usage information of planetary mixers (hereinafter referred to as "mixers") equipped with bowl-shaped barrels (hereinafter referred to as "barrels"). This standard applies to planetary mixers that process various materials in food factories and stores, such as cocoa powder, flour, sugar, oil and grease, minced meat, eggs and other materials with a bucket capacity of ≥5 L and <500 L. Other industries, such as pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, printing industry, etc., can be used for reference. This standard does not apply to: -- Auxiliary planetary mixer; -- Continuous feeder; -- Vertical dough mixer (GB 22748); -- Experiment and test device developed by the manufacturer; -- Household appliances.
